Being Courteous Goes A Long Way

I have been an avid follower of being polite and courteous to others. It's part of the professionalism I like to exude and spread. One can be judged by not only his appearance but also by his actions.

1. Be mindful of what you say to others

Here on WA, we can primarily base our opinions on each other by what we say and how we say it. Thus, it is in your best interest to keep in mind what your intention is behind what you are saying and that the exact message you want to express is done clearly.

2. Be mindful of the speed in which you reply to others

Another thing that can be looked at is the speed with which you respond back to a person. This is exceptionally important on your websites where viewers would know when you responded back and how long it took to get back to the commentator. It is absolutely courteous to reply in a timely fashion which is typically within 24 - 48 hours.

3. Be mindful about the comments and feedback you leave

Remember that we are all here to work hard and make a business online through our websites and that the comments we give will be seen by others in the future. Thus, the comments must be relevant to the content therein. Additionally, the feedback we provide should aim to help the individual by being both constructive and relevant to indicate the strengths and areas of improvement.
