Site looks clumsy in my iphone, I am using the songwriter theme. What can I do to resolve this?

Some sites don't offer the ''mobile'' version

Very strange -- The theme's wordpress page claims that it is a responsive one:

"It is a fully responsive and Retina ready theme that allows for easy viewing on any device."

What sort of clumsiness are you seeing on your phone? Are you sure that you're running the latest revision of the theme?

BobBarr thanks for your response. I have 12 pages in my menu bar on top which look ok in the computer but in the phone they are a mess. I beleve I have the last version but not sure I just got it a few days ago.

If you got the theme within the past few days, you would have gotten the latest. (The last update was mid-December.)

Twelve menu items is quite a few. That high a number may be causing the problem. You might want to ask in the theme's support forum:

Here's a discussion on menus for mobile devices:

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-look-for-search-box-and-menu-in-mobile-devices

Is there any way that you could reduce the number of menu items?

Thanks, will look into it and read in the forum.

Are you devoted to your theme? There are probably ways to help by fiddling with the code or installing more plugins...however I'm no expert in that field. I would personally search WordPress for a responsive theme which will ensure your site looks as good on a desktop as well as mobile devises. I believe this is a big factor for Google now as mobile traffic is a massive share of the market
