A Child Post is What?
Exactly What is A CHILD post. I get a parent page is the "main" page. My theme allows for child pages/posts. I'm not sure just what this is. Anyone have a simple explanation that I might understand?

Hi Mark . . . you seem to be my mentor today. I appreciate your help. I tried that link you posted but it took me to crazy stuff.
Hi - it should just be a screenshot it took you too.
Just showing a "child page" under a parent menu.
Cheers, Mark
Hi John - I play catch-up to you very often too!! Nearly my bedtime, so you can definitely take over :)
Cheers John,

Hi Ed - it just means that the child page will appear in a menu when you hover over the "parent" page - so the parent pages will be your headings on your main menu - child pages will appear under whichever is their parent, like this:

When you create a post and assign it to a category it becomes a parent. If you create a related post and assign it to the same category, you can choose to make it a child. This is done on the post page down on the right side.
