1. Never pick the first affiliate program that you would come across. This is a big mistake that affiliate program participants make. This can also be a costly mistake. 4. You may choose a product that you stand by 100%, but remember your goal is also to make money. Choose an affiliate program that pays their affiliates decently. The average comission for affiliates is between 3 to 10 % of each sale, Some programs pay much higher. Look for affiliate program that pay more than 10-15% for each sale.
