What does Junk Food do for you?
I pose this question to all of my Junk Food Junky friends. What does Junk Food really do for you? I am glad you asked.
1. Junk Food Affects Your Energy Levels.
The junk food you constantly eat doesn't contain the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. As a result, you may feel chronically fatigued and lack the energy you need to complete daily tasks. The high levels of sugar in junk food puts your metabolism under stress; when you eat refined sugar, your pancreas secretes high amounts of insulin to prevent a dangerous spike in blood sugar levels. Because fast food and junk food don't contain adequate amounts of protein and good carbohydrates, your blood sugar levels will drop suddenly after eating, leaving you feeling grumpy, fatigued and craving sugar. Does picture belong to you? It belonged to me once until I made a change. I stopped eating junk and replaced it liquid nutrition, energy and weight loss products and a sensible meal for over 2 months now and I feel ABSOLUTELY great. I don't crave junk food from the vending machines, my energy level has increased and I have lost weight, and best part of it all is I get paid to drink.

That is great, I love to hear from others who have been affected by addictive junk food and have turned around!
I find my self still on a roller coaster - do well for a few months and then all it takes is a few weeks of "falling" and I'm back on the junk food band wagon.
I would like to gain the strength to say goodbye for good.
I used to love juicing and extracting. Gotta get back into it!
