Plodding Along

If you hang around my pages and blogs very long you will soon notice my love of flowers and nature. This is my Christmas cactus which bloomed prolifically a few years ago. I have it in dormancy right now with hopes for some gorgeous blooms this year again.

Reflecting on this seasonal blooming plant reminds me that not every day is equally productive and vigorous, It reminds me to, "stay within myself," to keep myself balanced, as I plod through these early months of my new work life here at WA..

I am learning sooo much and that is enough for each day. I will just keep putting one foot in front of the other and slowly watch the trainings drop off behind me. knowing they are there for my review whenever I need to return to them,

The community at WA has been the rich soil I turn to when I get stuck. The encouragement is support is so helpful. I'm beginning to feel connected with who we are here and look forward to even more of that as the days go by.

WA is a great place to be for beginners!!

Hi...this is a beautiful analogy...and you're adding your richness to the soil! Thanks.

Hi Karen,
So glad to hear of your progress. Many times I have seen the over-enthusiastic ( as I call them) go off like a two-stage missile, they get off the ground but their second stage doesn't fire and off they go to some other business or adventure, never sticking around long enough to even know what WA is all about.

It takes time to develop your business to reach your goals. You are doing this certainly in the right way, "one-step-at-a-time". The "flash in the pan" programs rarely produce anything worthwhile.

Keep up the good work and you will succeed.

Bill

Thank you, Bill and Sue. I certainly am diligently and steadily working my way through things. Occasionally I get stuck with a technical issue and that slows me down. Thanks for your support, and the best to the two of you!

Karen, we reap what we sow and you are sowing the seeds for your future success!
Lovely pic of the Christmas cactus flower.

Thank you, CnadP

Is an acorn like a hard strawberry or a miniature pineapple?!

I like the seed analogy, MKearns, another symbol from nature.
