Got 2 backlinks for nothing?

Hey guys, I was just doing some SEO work, checking my site, seeing what can be improved, which keywords to go for next etc.

And in my backlinks section I found these two:

This is really weird, the one guy with a domain score of 90 has a button "Visit my website", which is really weird because he is linking to my website.

The other I think just used one of my photos with the anchor text "www.topbusinessdevelopment.com"

which just links his site to mine, giving me a backlink.

Is this something I should follow up somehow? Getting a backlink, where a dude is essentially just linking to my page and has a DS of 90 is good, but I dont want him to represent me in a wrong way, should I contact them maybe?

Weird way to start my day, lol..
