Writers Block
Its been a fulfilling 15 days in the wealthy affiliate community! I have learned so much. I'm sure I could have learned a lot of this stuff on my own through the internet but the great thing about this community is all the information you need to help build your website is here. Not just through training but the 24/7 help. I literally have been on here at all different times of the day and there has always been someone here to answer my question.
I decided to blog about my experience up to this point since I am having somewhat of writers block for my niche site. Biggest problem I have when writing content is making sure I give it my best and not sell short anywhere. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to putting my name on any work that I do. Hopefully I can get over this writers block soon and put up some useful content on my site. Tell next time, thank you for reading!

I tend to be the perfectionist as well. I am really trying to write it out and then go back and edit.

Writer's block? My method (which probably won't work for everyone) pick the subject and just start writing as if you are telling someone. Words just flow and I can't stop.

Great advice. I got an idea for a product review I just need to focus and get all the facts organized into an easy read review.
I do great when it comes to writing papers for college classes that I have taken because like you said just find a starting point and it pours out. But that's easy in college cause you are usually given some guidance on subject/topic to write about.
I am very picky with product reviews since you are selling something you want to have all your facts straight and understandable so that the reader will buy it. In my experience I am more likely to buy something from someone after reading their review if I feel like I know them through their writing. Essentially that's what you need, because you want that person to trust your review.
Hopefully I spit something out tonight. Doing great with site traffic in my opinion for just being around for 15 days. I'm sure majority of my traffic is from people on WA but you gotta start somewhere right? I plan on opening a Pinterest account tonight to expand my social media coverage. I got facebook, google+, and twitter but don't care too much for twitter.

Don't you hate that? You are not alone there. When it came to writing my content, I froze. How I got through it was simply making a list of what I wanted to convey. I then just wrote whatever came and didn't worry about it being perfect. 25 rewrites and versions of a single page later, I was finally happy with it. And don't forget, you have hundreds of people willing and able to help you through feedback and and discussion. Hang in there. It will come.
Thanks. I was on a roll for awhile. I just burned out a little bit. I have some ideas for tutorials but I need time to actually do it so I can have some pictures or even a video. Working full time and having a family it does get hectic balancing everything. I'm in the middle of building a car right now too! I do want to post one article before Friday so hopefully the words start flowing! Thanks for the words of encouragement!
Your welcome. You are an ambitious man, and a busy one. My pages came together off of napkins , scraps of paper, anything handy to write on while shopping, cleaning the house, etc. We all have our methods, but one thing I am confident of, is when it does come to you, it will be great.
