I come accross this workplace rules in happy life in Facebook. It may have reached you or not but it contains eight rules.
I only choose number three because it struck my attention. Here it is:
"Enters office in time, leave on time. Your desktop is not helping to improve your health".
I know the negative effect of being late, but is it wrong to extend your time if you love your work and you are doing the right thing?

The second phrase may clarify it so I would have the impression that having an overtime may just worsen your health condition but the company or the government will not help you when you are sick. It's your own accountability.
But why in the online business, there is no limit of time. As of the moment it's about 11pm in the evening and we are still here working, thinking what to do with our sites in order to grow and convert in monetary value.
I hope what we are doing will end in a more relaxed situation than what we are here as of the moment.
I would see it that this kind of business starts with a difficult stage but ultimately prosper into an easy way where we can relax just as going to Las Vegas in the future.
This is what I understand from that rule but I don't know if I got it. I may need your ensight to affirm, reinforce my understanding.
