Setting-Up PayPal Account for Payments

Last Update: March 20, 2020

Hi! May I covet your help with regards to PayPal accounts.

It is what I use to pay my bills at Wealthy Affiliate but I don't know how it applies to receiving money transfer from anywhere around the world to my bank account.

Do I have to set up another account other than my account I'm using on WA, or there is just a little thing to setup?

Thank you for your valuable support.

You can definitely receive payments. It is important that you do not have a sudden surge of income in your personal paypal account though because they can easily block it. If you are anticipating business revenue it makes a lot more sense to open a new business account. I have been through this myself and I had my account blocked for a few months. I could receive payments but not use my account. That was until I justified my source of funds. So be warned.

Thank you. I think I don't have much money so the bank will not question my source of income. If ever they will question it, it's time for them to know we are in online affiliate marketing and they should join.
How is it to set up that account?

Setting up the account is pretty much the same way but they will need a tax number

Not really and you have a lot of advantages and credibility with it. But you will only really need it when your income because substantial enough to merit as business account. I am doing house rentals through PayPal and that was what had necessitated a business account. Drop shippers also need business accounts as PayPal is being used like a regular bank account.

For me, it's what I use to pay my bills at WA. I also prefer this than a check. When they send money you will not wait for a long time. It's just seconds or a minute.

You can use your paypal for receiving payments too Jimmy.
If you want to sell without an e commerce store you can create a paypal button yourself.

The account I use to pay WA is the same account for incoming cash? Is there something to be set up?

No you just link the incoming to your paypal site.
You can create individual paypal buttons and add them to your site to pay for individual items without having to bother with any ecoomerce plug ins.

I believe WA will notify you when have make enough money for them to transfer to you. Thereafter, they will share how you can receive the payments. Marc

I'm sure WA will do that, but when it comes from other sources other than WA, I don't know if there is something to be set up.
