Am I Good Enough To Run A Successful Online Business?

Have you ever heard that little voice in the back of your head say that you are not good enough to do something? If you haven't then you are a very rare human. It is common and happens daily for most people, unless they have worked to change it. Self-doubt is the #1 thing that holds most people back from success, why? Because people are afraid to try. Fear of failure, fear in general. It is like a big, ugly, sticky mud that flows over a person and they can not see out from under it.

Any person thinking that they are not good enough to do something has no idea why they aren't good enough, it is just a fact and they usually will not challenge it. Often there is no truth to the statement, it was not a thought-out statement, it was a statement based in fear.

It takes a bit of self-directed work to break the habit of self-sabotage, but it can be done. Negative self-talk and sabotaging behavior becomes so normal that a person who hears it often believes it and thinks nothing of it. That is a very sad situation, which must be turned around if any goal is ever going to be reached.

Since you have read this far, I assume that you are interested in working on this issue within yourself. I am so glad to hear that. I too had, and occasionally still have those negative thoughts and feelings. But I have worked hard to deal with them, and as a life coach I have helped many others deal with their nasty self-talk too. Success is possible if you will work on your negative behaviors.

Here are some steps to help you on your own journey to personal success:

TRUST
You are reading a blog on the Wealthy Affiliate website, which means that you are a member and you have interest in building an affiliate website and becoming a success with online marketing. Yet, something must be nagging you and saying that you are not going to be good enough or you wouldn't be reading this article.

Trust that if thousands of other average people have been able to master the principles taught by WA, and have successfully built a website, then you can too. There is no credible evidence that you are not going to be able to do it using the methods presented by WA. Yet, since you are so used to listening to that nagging voice you easily believe it time after time. So, this time, just don't believe it. Stop listening to that lying voice who panics over everything and runs you off into the weeds just about every time.

Trust yourself, trust that you are going to be able to understand the material presented by the WA website. Trust the WA teachers, they have taught many others who came before you, so they will be able to teach you. Trust me, the author of this article when I tell you that you are not the only one who is struggling with the fear of not being good enough, not being technically savvy enough or what ever your "unique" (not) approach to the fear is being used in this situation.

JUST DO IT!
Don't let the crazy voice of unreasonable fear win again. The Wealthy Affiliates website would not be so popular if the average person was not able to succeed using their methods. Yet, you have managed to single yourself out to say that you do not belong in the group that is several tens of thousands strong. Does that make any reasonable sense? Of course it doesn't when it is said like that.

But it isn't being said like that in your head. Instead, that nagging voice is saying many possible combinations of unreasonable, fear based garbage that you have believed in the past. But don't do it this time!

If you don't try you are a failure from the get go - without even trying!

I suspect that you would rather try, learn something new, have the possibility of succeeding and meet some nice people along the way. But that nagging voice wants you to give up, not try and walk away a failure before you even give it a chance. So don't let the nasty voice win!

Just Do It! TRY! Follow the directions in the classes, give it a go, ask questions and see what you can learn and create.

DON'T FEEL ALONE
As a life coach, this is a topic I work with every day, people hearing that nagging voice that wants them to run and hide from a challenge. I work with people of all ages who are still hearing that nasty voice and feeling that they can't do anything. Don't be one of those people, don't allow an annoying voice who has no true knowledge of the real situation make your decisions for you.

Be willing to step out of your comfort zone and you will soon discover that your comfort zone wasn't all that comfortable to begin with. As soon as you go against that nasty dictator who wants to ruin your chances of success a few times it will back off. Once you have felt success a few times because you pushed through you will begin to see that you can live through these situations, and in fact you can grow stronger from having done so. But most importantly: You CAN make the voice quiet down to a slight whisper that you hardly even hear.

You ARE absolutely the perfect person to run an online affiliate marketing business. So, stop delaying and go get educated so that you can build a great website and become a success.

By having a phone conversation (or in-person visit) with a life coach it can inspire you to move outside of your comfort zone and into places that you will find success.
