How & When Does Objection Become A Rejection In Marketing
Objection is the questions asked and issues raised by any would-be customer (prospect) in the course of taking decision to buy or not to buy a product. Objection may be raised to seek further information and clarification about a product price, quality or after sales services bring rendered by its vendor.
As a marketer, being it an online or affiliate marketer or a sales person, it is our responsibility in the course of promoting our product to provide adequate and sufficient information about our products, it's qualities in term of problem(s) or needs it is able to meet. Our sales page can contain or serve as link to providing prospet or customer the much desired information about a given product.
Objection which does not necessarily a 'NO' however becomes a rejection when not well handled. This happens when question or issues raised about a product is not answered or not well addressed.
As a marketer, we should all appreciate the fact that objection and rejection is part of our daily activities, our persistency and consistency in forging ahead when faced with dreaded word of 'rejection' is what defines our success as a marketer.
