Who is "him" and why are you trying to log into someone else's email account?
Sounds like the domain email address may not have been setup properly. You do know that you are suppose to setup a forwarded email address for WA hosted websites, correct?

Wayne is one of the people in my company (Mingo Gold) who works with me. I brought the domain over to WA (www.mingogold.com) and set up email address for him which are not working. I understand about forwarding but also have some of my other partners log in to their email account from the rubix webmail page!

Websites hosted on the SiteRubix server do not have emails attached. The only time you can setup email addresses is for registered domains.
You can setup domain email addresses to be forward to gmail accounts only.

Email addresses are provided by the hosting company. So if you've changed hosts then you have to recreate your email addresses at the new host.
Your old emails are on your old host's servers unless you've used POP3 protocol to store them on your own computer.
