I would like to know if by putting a question mark at the end of the keyword it would affect my ranking or traffic?
Officially you can use them yes and I have even seen emojis appearing occasionally in the SERPS. However, it is not best practice and should be avoided where possible. If Google was to change its mind about them (very likely) then you could have problems. In general, try and avoid special characters, numbers and symbols especially in the titles, meta description and headings

I did a review recently of a site that had a hyphen in the name - all keyword searches I did removed the hyphen - even though I included it in my search. I put the hyphen on the post title and then left it out within the first paragraph of the page. It actually ranked quite well.
I know this doesn;t answer your question but I guess it is worthwhile seeing what the keyword searches do with special characters...

Have you added a featured image? You can add it in the edit mode. It is on the right side about half way down. I'm not sure, but the might solve your problem.
