WP Posting
Alas, my clothes dryer is in cahoots with the internet. I wrote my opening post for my first WordPress blog yesterday, proofread it, was satisfied with it and clicked on "publish". Immediately, the post vanished into that great rift in the space time continuum where all those socks and t-shirts have to go. Some centuries from now a small pack of space travellers will launch from Iqualuit Canada, attain orbit, engage the Uber Drive and in short order will find themselves floating out there in the great starry expanse surrounded by garments and dryer lint. There, printed on a t-shirt, will be my post.

There should be an auto save version of it. As you type WP auto saves every min or so. Go back to where you placed the post and see if there is something at the top that mentions using an auto saved version.
Thanks Ty, got that on the go now. The post is rebuilt if not quite complete, but I'm back on track. :)
cool deal...next time before you publish copy the whole thing first that way if there is a problem you can just paste it back in
