Twitter - Becoming a social butterfly.or erm. tweety bird.
Hi everyone,
I'm up to the bit in course 4 where Kyle is encouraging us to Twitter and to use it correctly. Twitter has always been a bit of a mystery and I've only ever used it as a quick way of communicating with shops/websites/companies without having to pick up the phone and call them, or email without a reply for several days.
I'm in my early 20's and yet I've only just learnt how to actually do a hashtag on my mac (alt + 3 FYI) - terrible right? I'm not social network illiterate or anything, just never really jumped on the Twitter bandwagon. But I'm willing to do whatever it takes to grow my website. I'm still really struggling with rankings and therefore audience, and my outbound clicks practically never get any clicks! I'm hoping it's all a learning curve and that it will all change for the better soon.

Yeah I'll follow you and I have learned a little bit about Twitter these last few months that have helped.
I am hoping to write some training on it when I get the chance.
FYI I have found Twitter has the best visitors to my website, lowest bounce rate and longest time on my website... apparently Twitter visitors have a higher conversion rate too.

LOL happy to help :) But I found it anyway, cos I was also slow on the uptake with that before too.. so I have learned my lesson.
