Google Webmaster tools is telling me that this post http//liftmetabolism.com/how-to-boost-your-energy-without-caffeine-naturally is telling me that sitemap appears to be html pa
Thanks tommy, I will check this video out. Oh dear GOD I hope this video helps me, I have no idea how to fix this crap. It don't make any sense to me, it says "your webpage appears to be HTML" I'm thinking to myself "you don't say, Isn't that what the code is that created the dern thing??!!" Its like me taking a rolled up piece of meat out of the meat droor, accidently dropping it in the floor, then saying, "That appears to be a hot dog," When my dog who saw me drop it comes running into the kitchen after it thinking "you're dern right that's a hot dog."
I think what Im going to do is just buy another URL and start from scratch. I have redirected everything I can think of. I'm getting no more errors with google developer tools, but webmaster says it looks like HTML. Im sick of messing with it, sometimes its better just to start from scratch
Bummer. But before you do all of that try typing the words in maybe that might work. Just a thought.
I found this https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals I sent them a request to remove my old site from their index. I might be wrong, about this, but I'm thinking what happened and what started causing these errors was when I switched from the All in One SEO to the Yoast SEO for Wordpress. I think everything from my old website was redirected to my new website with the All in One SEO, so I had no errors, but once I switched plugins, it set all the pages loose including my old URL, so google is indexing and seeing duplicate content. Do you think that is what happened? I hope this works. I have spent so much time on this problem, and haven't bothered writing any content. I cant get my mind off of this problem. I erased my old siterubix website from WA, but I wander if they still have any of it left on their servers. I would like to have it completely removed. I would like to pour gas on it and watch it burn actually. HE HE Thanks for helping me tommy, oh and if I do have to rebuild I will certainly type in all of the content. I don't want to take a chance of copy and paste taking anything from that site and getting it mixed up with a new URL. That would probably make me cry if I rebuilt and that happened. LOL!

Will it hurt my rankings in Google to change my content and replace some of what I have already written with Low Hanging Fruit Keywords?
You can change content of your posts without hurting your rankings. You can also adjust keywords to some degree and possibly enhance your ranking if you use a better keyword.
What you do not want to change, however, is your permalink, the url of your post. Doing so will cause the previous url to become a "page not found" when Google searches your site.
