How To Promote Your Affiliate Offer
INTRODUCTION.
Funnels are the key to making money as a blogger as you likely already known.
This is the second piece of a series of blogs I will be writing on affiliate offers and marketing. The idea that stemmed from this series is the fact that I myself have begun to really start diving into this aspect of blogging. Learning more about this subject means, you got it!

In this blog, I will be going over what a funnel is and how to use them and promote them. I will also touch on some other techniques you can try if using other companies offer are not a good choice for you. I will than go over some really important things to remember when choosing the right funnel to attach to your blog and your brand. As you will see funnels are a very important part of the blogger's monetization process. Which Is why I have dedicated more than one blog to this subject. WHAT IS A FUNNEL?
What is a funnel? Well have you ever gone into a site to read a blog and while you are exploring that particular site you notice all the banners or ads on that blogger's site. Well, those are called affiliate ads or banner. The purpose of those banners or ads is to entice the reader to click on them and in doing so the blogger will earn a commission.
The commission you earn will vary. Some programs will pay 1% to 15% of the total sales price while others will go as high as 25%to 75%. It really just depends on the program you go with as to what you will earn in commissions. By picking the right funnels ( a funnel that will convert or make sales ) for your blog you can bring in at least a nice side income. However, there are many people out there today bringing in full-time incomes with this process of monetization.

HOW TO PROMOTE A FUNNEL:[/caption]
You could start by simply finding the product that you would want to promote and you would paste an HTML link in the HTML code of your site and that will display your banner or ad. Another way of going about this is to write a review of a product that you would like to promote. By placing a link in your content they can click into that products offer page and if the price is right they will buy and just like that you have earned a commission. Another way you can promote affiliate offers is by using word of mouth and for all of you who have been doing this for a while you well known to use your social media sites. OTHER TECHNIQUES TO TRY.
So I have gone over what a funnel is and the basics of how to promote those offers but what if you created your own product. Yes, your own product. If your niche is something you are passionate and knowable about you could easily create a webinar that you could charge admission to watch provided you have a solid following.
Another option could be to create a webinar for free to draw readers into giving you their email in return for receiving this offer and than inside the webinar you could offer them access to a course that you have created for a fee. You could also open an e-commerce store and refer your reader to your store to sell your own products or you could write an e book and set up a lead page to sale your book and be creating an email list.
There are many options out there to sell your own products or digital offers and If you have the way to do one of these options it is a really good way to monetize your blog. However, It is just as good of an option to use other company’s affiliate offers.
HOW TO FIND AFFILIATE OFFERS:
So how do you find these affiliate offers well the list is long so where to start. Here are a few ideas.

- Amazon Associate
- Share sale
- JV Zoo
- CJ Affiliate
- Google Adsense
- So many more
Like I stated before these are just a few of a very long list, so if none of these places appeal to your needs all it will take is a little research and you will come across many more businesses that offer affiliate offers. It is important to remember that whatever company you chose the offers you link to your site should be relevant to your niche to reach its highest potential for conversation( a.k.a. sales.)
DO NOT FORGET ABOUT YOUR AUDIENCE:
So this is a very important thing to remember. Get to known your audience, do not just assume that they are a certain way or want certain kinds of products. It is really important that you take the time to listen to what they are saying within your comments section. Pay attention to which of your posts get the most views. See what you are doing that seems to be drawing your followers. In every one of these scenarios, your audience is talking to you. They are telling you what they like vs what they don’t when it comes down to what is not getting any views or response from them. Listening to your audience will gain favor with them and likely improve your odds of gathering a following and success in all area of blogging.

Whether you choose to go with affiliate offers or your own products, monetization is extremely important for the wealth of your blog. This is how you make money as a blogger and many people have found it to be a fruitful way of creating an income from home.
