Congratulations on your referrals. As you said you sat on WA for a year before taking action.
You should do all the suggestions in the comments.
I too sat on WA for over 2 years, just a comment, bear in mind that people will do things in their time, when they are ready. Good luck I hope they convert for you.

I would encourage them by writing and sharing success blogs within WA and on your site - they should receive notification of the blogs you write.

It sounds like your messages etc are in place, so they've received all the initial contact and information which is great. Mel's suggestion to drop them a message once a week, along with the offering of one on one coaching from you would be worth doing too.

First, congrats on the 5 referrals!

I believe I read or heard the average is 1 out 8 referrals will go Premium and of course we want to improve upon that.

I am fairly new here so I am just offering an unproven opinion.

I try to make sure that I can contact them outside of WA also. I emphasis the One on One Coaching I will give them in addition to everything they receive from WA even if they remain only a free member.

I usually touch base once a week, just asking if they need any assistance or if they have any further questions. Short and sweet. I have only had 2 referrals so there is no solid info there. One is Premium and I am confident one day the other will become Premium, but they need to have income coming in first to pay for that.

Unfortunately, you can only do so much. Sometimes people just don't see the value or are not interested. All you can do is give your best.

One way is to set up an automated email system. Those are messages that will be sent in a particular time with particular purposes, such as Kyle and Carson are sending. This should lead to a better conversation.

People have to be sold themselves. They decide and definitely don’t want to be pushed into it.

Your focus is getting more referrals day in day out. If people cannot see this for what it is, an open and sharing community, success and challenges, however a complete package to build a successful business then they haven’t looked hard enough or are just not ready. Like you said, it took yourself a year.

Just keep getting referrals.

It's never easy. Five referrals is a great start, maybe you simply need to keep working towards more referrals. Jim
