While I have not gone through everything myself, my own plan goes like this:

-Go through the training
-Finish up your first site, from purchasing domain to posting first page, ultimately have everything setup to sell your advertising products.
-Ask help (definitely can find more of it as a premium member).

From what I've seen, people on the site do not see results for a long while. However, the more resilient found incredible results over time, by their own merits and help from others.

Passion or logic, it's usually important to know that you're willing to go with either one (but passion can help make this project last longer since logic can make you question your willingness to continue.)

Since you've started, I do encourage you to continue if you can find a project you're willing to commit to for the long haul. Progress, improve as much as you can and you'll eventually find more answers along the path.
