*I think the very first thing we all need to start with when it comes to being fit and healthy is paying attention to what goes into our body and how.
And the first thing is to
*Drink enough water to get the whole body system flowing well and stay hydrated always.
* Eat right,
When i say eat right, not just about eating balanced diet. But also the proportion.
Don't eat much portion at a sitting , only take a little potion each time you sit. This will make the body not heavy, always feeling light to move. Why some people complain of feeling sleepy and dizzy after eating is because they might have eating much and or probably sit idle for long after eating.
Personally, i eat more than five times a day and also chew lots of peanuts, groundnut and all. But i never taken too much on a sit. It also makes it easy for the body to digest.
This is the secret of having a slim fit body. Because the body is elastic and when we eat much, the body system is forced to expand. And when it becomes a habit, the body internal system (the intestine) might stay disfigured expanded, giving the body some awkwardly shapes.
* Don't wait to feel hungry before eating. Eat at a regular interval. Some times we become so busy that we don't even remember there is something like food. So the best eating habit is to take some little thing whenever we get a little spare time.
I think these are the first and the foundation of being healthy and in in good shape.
