You are not doing anything wrong it just takes time.
Posting 2-3 times a week is a good start.
Then you just have to wait and be patient.
It has taken my website 11 months to get to 100 visitors a day!

How often are you creating content on your website? Assuming that you are creating 2-3 posts per week, this site is only 4 weeks old thus it won't get "great" rankings yet, as you have not established authority with Google.

In terms of indexing, make sure that you have Google Console set-up and if want to contact me directly with your website information (URL, your activities, etc). I can also help you out directly!

Yogini do not be discouraged. Go back to your content, check your keywords, check for readability maybe you have too long paragraphs. Also check your headings if these are bold and on H3. Check if your content is understandable. Add visuals in appropriate places.
