How do you convince your referrals to complete their profiles?
Does anyone have any good suggestions? I've had a few referrals however they don't complete the profile and they do not upload any kind of photo. What can I say or do to encourage them to do this?

I guess the only thing you can say to them is that people would be more inclined to help them if there was a picture and profile information associated with the name. At the end of the day, if they are serious about Wealthy Affiliate and building a successful business for themselves, they will eventually fill in that information.

Same problem here Yamaris. What I think is, if they are really interested they will definitely join WA. Like you and me.
The people who don't join will always switch to programs one after another. What we can do is send messages with video tutorial links within WA.
Have you set up a welcome message for the new members who joins under you?
I am sure the right people will start to come one day. All we have to do is do our work everyday. Dream big. Stay motivated.
