Google Let Me In!
So, yesterday I was having the discussion in WA Live Chat about how long I could expect before my site would be indexed into Google. Honestly, I got some pretty crazy answers to this question that started to scare me a little.
Some said it took less than a day for Google to index their sites, whereas some say they have had their sites up for months with still no indexing. This is the part that made me worry. Could it really take months after my site was created, just to make it show up on Google? What if this happened to me? What would I do?
However, to my surprise, I jump on WA one last time before heading to bed just to give things a look over, and I was shocked when I noticed the big "YES"!
I instantly got excited and had to write about it. I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for only 9 days now, and feel like I have accomplished so much already. I have even had clicks on my affiliate links. No sales, but you have to have clicks to get sales! :)
I am not sure what "Rank" on google I hold, or even how to find out, but I know that I am now indexed and am very much happy about it. Ive had a site up and it took two days and Ive had a site up and withing two hours it was indexed. The key is to go to Googles Webmaster Tools and have your site Crawled. You can do it for one site up to....I think....500 times a month. If you do that then they will index your site very quickly. Don't wait for them to find you, let them know that you are there ;)

I have never heard of this site crawl feature. I am however willing to learn about it, if you care to share a little knowledge. Thanks for the feedback.
Google......Google Webmaster Tools and add your site. You'll have to navigate to find where to do it. Then on the left hand side, there will be a option that says Crawl, add your site and crawl it. Then click the button that says INdex.
