I wouldn't go near that company with a "20 foot pole".
Unethical is unethical, no matter what. A purposeful act of deception, and an obvious cover-up.
... legally, I'm not sure since, certain statements were made in the "terms of agreement" - but the fact that the sales video was false advertising, I would think there is some recourse.
