Hiya Guys and Gals!

I am getting this About Me ready for my website!

As a young boy I spent a lot of my time with Buddhist monks at their monastery but every Sunday it was the Catholic Church for me.

I completed my tertiary education at the University of Rangoon; I migrated to Perth Western Australia and furthered my education there at Curtin University, majoring in Business Management and Computing. Not long after I became a naturalized Australian, about the same year the 'Lady' was put under house arrest in Rangoon. She chooses voluntary exile, giving up husband and family, all for the love and dedication of her country. She remains my heroine and mentor to this day.

However, this web site in not going to be about Burma and my University days, when we were continually being shot at by Government troops. Rather it is going to be on Personal Development, Getting to Be the Person You Always Wanted to Be and Getting to Receive the Things You Always Wanted to Get and various related topics.

I also have a passion for the spiritual aspects of my human journey, (which I tend to forget about a lot of times). I would love to share this with you and get your feed back as well. I sincerely hope you can set aside a few minutes to spend here.

Appreciate you taking the time to read this. Thanks a lot and blessings to all.

Great success is headed your way!

Thanks Najla. All the best!

PS How did the studies go?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! So Nice. I have been done since Monday night. I slept late yesterday and this morning. I went on a couple walks with the children. I am going to do some house cleaning for a couple of days, and then it's back to work- here at WA and my job, which is conveniently located at home. You'll be hearing a lot more from me. Seeing something of mine too I hope :) Thanks for asking Robert :)

I know the feeling well. Its really greattt! Now have a good rest and then.... time to have some fun doing the lessons, your website and the blogs (which I know you will go thru.... like an Aussie bush fire!). I'll be putting my head down..... back on the lessons starting Thursday, tomorrow! Go go go!

"Aussie brush fire" I love it- really!

Hiya back Robert. Just checking in for a minute. I want to congratulate you on being perfectly natural and personable in this About Me. I like the way you shared the influences in your life (really interesting dynamics by the way), without giving too much detail on your personal reflections. My interest and curiosity are peaked. I have to check back in or subscribe to learn more! And that's the goal, right?! Your passion is the spiritual aspect of our human journey, and you've made me understand that you have life experience well rounded enough to bring a fascinating perspective. Great job!

Najla

Hi there Najla!,

Thank you very much for just checking in and your comments. I know how busy you must be with your family and with WA, building website, blogging, checking key works and ratings, doing the training lessons etc etc your to do list must a mile long!!

My "about me" blog.... It was a result of an ah-hah or the encouragement I got from one of your comments to me. I think I am not much as a writer and just kept details to a minimum. I am happy that it peaked your interest and curiosity. Hopefully it may have the same effect to other readers. And yes, the idea is for you to subscribe and check "my aspect of our human journey.... and my fascinating well rounded life experiences" Thank you for that!

But now, the next step is the content. The questions that are bugging me at the moment are like...., do I know enough? Am I experienced enough? Can I write about it? There is so much already written in this niche!? Maybe I should change and do the affiliate boot-camp? I love being with WA and won't have problems promoting the community and its resources!? Which am I more passionate on? :?)

I will have to meditate on it and manifest answers! Just gone past 2.00 am here, Good night, Najla. And thanks again.

You know what I think Robert? I think you can do them both if you have the time and desire. The way I see it, going through the boot camp training can't hurt at all. You'll learn a lot. You'll be able to help people. You'll be able to earn some money, probably sooner than later. Earning will help keep anxiety about your personal project at bay, no matter how long it takes. I think for that kind of project, your personal niche, there should be no pressure on you to monetize it. It should just be allowed to evolve naturally. Without having to think about your personal project earning, because your WA promo project already is, you will really have an opportunity to enjoy the process of working on your personal project.

And that is what it is going to be- a process. And that is what you'll need to let it be- a process.

The content: Do you know enough? When you are talking about the spiritual aspects of our human journey you don't have to know anything. You just have to be willing to examine your own heart and mind, ask questions, tell stories (I know you have stories). I think it's about perfecting your art of sharing.

About sharing: I like to watch public speaking videos on youtube. The subjects range from business ideas, to drug addiction, to scientific discoveries. There are public speaking guidelines, but after watching and watching and watching, I have learned that the best talks don't come from those who follow the public speaking rules, but they come from those who are really willing to share their human experience with the audience. You should watch a few to see what I mean. Go to youtube, search TEDtalks and watch no less than 5. It doesn't matter if they are good or bad. You will understand what I mean I think.

Are you experienced enough? Yes. You can take the simplest thing that happened to you yesterday, an experience, and bring new light to it, or ask a question about it, or just share it. You never know what people need so just give what you got.

Can I write about it? Here's an exercise I try to do with my children every morning. It's called freewrite. Chose a topic. It can be anything. It can be about physics. It can be about toast. It can be about your friendly or annoying neighbor. Set your timer for 10 minutes and start writing. Don't stop. Let whatever comes to mind make its way to the paper, even if it is off topic and not what you originally decided to write about. When the timer stops what's on the page will usually be weird, but sometimes brilliant. It may be something you want to keep and work later, BUT that is not the point of this exercise. The point of this exercise is to get you used to allowing your thoughts to flow and not censoring yourself. What you write during this time is purely for the sake of the exercise, but I do keep my freewrite. What looks like junk to me one day looks brilliant 3 years later. Anyway, when you are writing your content for your site there is an editing process, but that should not be happening while you are writing! You have a style, it doesn't need anything but to be allowed to live. Wow, this is so long! LOL! This is a lot, and there is more I am thinking of, but I'll leave it for now...

...It's going to be a process...

No. I am not doing any WA work yet. My last two finals are on Monday, and then I am free...kind of...

Take good care Robert.

Break free. You did it once. You can do it again ;)

Najla, you are amazing! You beaut, as they would say here in Oz! A really great person to have in my/our, or in anybody's master mind group. Thank you so much, for your valuable comments and practical insight.

Yes, I will do both. I have the desire and will find the time. I also have the facilities here in WA and the really fantastic support of our community.

Regarding the questions bugging me... to overcome them you have outlined clear ACTION steps that I can follow (they are fear based questions within me, in this instance, useless survivable emotions).

And you know what, my meditation this morning was so deep and awesome. It reminded me that there is a Greatness in all of us and to live in love..... With love, make it even Greater. And thank you again, for your time and friendship! Love you!

Will definitely enjoy the process.... without fear!

PS Best wishes with your assignments and exams.

Yes Robert. In the end it's all about love. You are going to have a great time. It's already begun. Have a lot of fun Robert!

Hi Robert. Two things - 1) The 'click this button' isn't a link.
2) I live in Oxford and used to work very close to where Michael Aris lived, and one of the lecturers I worked for - a South Asia specialist - was in constant touch with him, so I've often been thinking of Burma and the 'Lady'.

Hi Isabella, Wow, it certainly is a small world! And did you get to see the movie "The Lady"? You must travel there one day. Beautiful country.

About the link, yes, I didn't know if I was allowed to put in a link there. I would have been collecting email addresses from our Community here. Would that have been ok? Thank you for pointing it out!

You are right. It's not the done thing to go collecting email addresses from WA members. I think what you could do is simply to put your website address in your profile. If people then want to go to it, they can do so. I just can't see the point of the sentence 'If you care to become a subscriber... ' without giving people any opportunity to do so. You might as well not have included that sentence at all, which would probably have been the best option. If you had your website listed on your profile, then anyone interested could go and check it out just as they would with any other site.

No, I didn't get to see the movie. Yes, I believe you that it's a beautiful country. It's great that there are so many beautiful places on this planet !

You are right. thanks for the tip!

Hi Robert, I've checked in word doc for spelling etc and some I just added or corrected a bit.. So, here you go.
Jenn ;)

My ethnic origin is Burmese (of Irish descent!). I was born in the jungles of the Chin Hills in Northern Burma. As a young boy I spent a lot of my time with Buddhist monks at their monastery but every Sunday it was the Catholic Church for me.

I completed my tertiary education at the University of Rangoon. I migrated to Perth Western Australia and furthered my education there at Curtin University, majoring in Business Management and Computing. However, this website in not going to be about Burma and my University days, when we were continually being shot at by Government troops. Rather it is going to be on ‘Manifestation’, ‘Ways to Manifest’, ‘How to Manifest’ and various related topics.

I have a passion for the spiritual aspects of our human journey and I would love to share this with you and get your feedback as well. I sincerely hope you can set aside a few minutes to spend here.

I also intend to publish a newsletter on a fortnightly basis. Whilst I am building my list of subscribers, I am giving away a FREE article (pdf) titled “How to Manifest and Start Achieving What You Always Wanted Now”. If you care to become a subscriber and get the FREE report click this button. Or check the box on the right hand margin of this page.

Hey Bubbles!! Thank you very, very much! How are you doing today?

About my restaurant website, I should have been writing more blogs, especially after winning the Australia's Favorite Restaurant award. Its not an affiliate website but I suppose I could monetize the "Blog & Staff" page. What do you think?

I'm feeling good today. Well! You can do affiliate programs on kitchen stuff. I'll look into it tomorrow. And yes, I suggest you do that... writing more blogs..

My arms are being silly now but remind me after the 8th. I'll promise to have a look at your website, okay?

BTW, the blog and staff. did you mean staff as in employees or stUff (things)? If things, then it should be STUFF and not stAff. :)

I actually meant staff as in employees! I could change it to Stuff!? Probably goes better with 'Blog' ie Blogs & Stuff. Yes, it does. I will change it! Thanks, bubbles! Okay, will remind you after the 8th. Looking forward to that too! Thanks again!

I was just wondering. So, it was for 'staff'. One more day. *nervous* haha
