WA Web Support kicks .- no explicit language here !

This morning I got up early and wanted to activate a plugin on my website. The activation process of the plugin involves that the plugin communicates with their developer's servers. I guess it's to check if I really did buy the plugin, which I did.

Anyway, it gave me an error. The servers couldn't be reached, and updates wouldn't be rolled out until that worked.

Not a big problem, since the plugin works, and that's what counts most, but still... I paid for the thing, so I want it to work.

So here is what I did. I created a support ticket for this issue in the Sit Support area of Site Rubix.

Having issued support tickets on other hosters, I expected an answer in about half a day, even though while creating the ticket it says that I would get an answer in three minutes. Whoever believes those promises, right?

I mean, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Not so here in WA though!

I had my answer within three minutes, and more than that: The problem was resolved.

These web support guys have some serious problem solving mojo going on!

Then I had another issue.. the theme editor didn't work for some reason. My browser said it was making too many roundtrips. I don't know why.

I disabled all my plugins and went back to the default theme. All to no avail, so I created another ticket.

I thought now they would take longer because this seemed like a more difficult problem to me.

I couldn't be more wrong.

Again.

In three minutes flat (could have been less too.. I was making sandwiches), I has an answer, and again the problem was solved!

I mean, where do you get this kind of support, seriously?!

WA website support is BY FAR the best and fastest I have encountered so far!
