To all my WA friends, I thank you for the guidance, direction and inspiration you have provided since I joined on November 1, 2015. My goal was to create a website for my foundation to use for a fundraiser held on December 20, 2015, needless to say I was very concerned that I would not be able to build one in time, let alone, function correctly. It did and we had $1450.00 in the first 12 hours online and more in the days after the event. The site is not complete, have not added our board of directors, side bars are empty, footers need to be filled, images are needed, etc... But it worked good enough for donations and I even had some compliments on the look. I am terrible with technology, I just found out I could copy & paste from my Iphone a few weeks ago and my kids showed me how to do it.( don't laugh)
I have to be straight with you, the training provided within the "get started here" and "bootcamp" was not helpful to my cause. It was all of you, the endless knowledge and training provided by you guys is absolutely fantastic, even for slow learners like me. This is my first blog since joining and I wanted to tell you all that, YOU ROCK!!.. and thank you for the time you take to help others, that's what I do with my foundation and I appreciate all of you sincerely.
