My first ever short Film!

The last 12 months have been a steep learning curve for me, making videos online, reviewing tech products which has lead me to the MyRodeReel competition, a short film competition were you can submit a short film entry under 3 minutes long.
The criteria was to tell a story, something I thought I would never do through the medium of film. I decided to take a risk and work as hard as I could to submit an entry before the cut off date which was earlier this month.
It was tough, I learnt a lot of new skills along the way, but in the end I was super happy with the finished product.

It got me thinking how starting here at WA writing reviews for technology products, posting them on my blog, lead me to branch out into the space of YouTube. Creating videos reviewing all kinds of technology products, opening up this opportunity to express some creativity!
It's funny were life leads you sometimes, for me making videos is what I'm passionate about and this was another step toward reaching a wider audience. Getting the chance to tell a story about myself and maybe that story could impact others to inspire them on their own journey.
