Will I be able to reapply for affiliate networks after closing the account?
Hey guys, I'm thinking I may have to put the affiliate marketing on pause for a while in order to finish the book I've been working on.
I have had a lot of personal things come up and haven't had time or energy to make any content in about 2 months anyway, so my relatively young website has already been struggling.
I've read that you can return to Wealthy Affiliate pretty easily.
My concern is the affiliate networks.
Some of them mention charging you if your account is inactive for so many months, so I feel it's probably best to close those accounts until I'm ready to come back.
I am assuming, canceling my premium membership here will keep visitors from seeing any defunct links since they won't be able to access the website. (I've been thinking of scraping the whole site and starting over anyway, so no biggie if I did lose the current one).
What I'm wondering is, how difficult will it be to reapply/get approved for these networks when I come back?
I don't want to completely give up on affiliate marketing for life or anything, I do think it would be a good way to make some extra income in the future, and would love to have it be a main income one day.
But, since I haven't started earning through affiliate marketing yet, I'd rather devote my limited time to finishing that book at the moment (life long dreams and all that).
So, any advice on the affiliate networks debacle would be appreciated.
