Betting/Gaming is actually one of the segments available when you search through the Affiliate Programs listings. I know I just added the Lottoland Canada program this morning. Just be sure you are most ethical in all you do if promoting this. I can't speak to the legalities, as they do vary widely by country.

I think others have answered your questions. This sort of site would be heavily regulated in most countries. Jim

Hi - I would imagine you would need a licence from your government to be able to either run your own lottery or sell tickets for other lotteries. I think you would need a lot of legal requirements in place. For example, a way of stopping under-age players.

I beliveve this depends on the legality of the actual website. If it's illegal in your country, then no. If it's illegal in Canada or the United States, likely no too.

I'm uncertain what type of lotto website you're talking about.

And if you're talking about starting an actual gambling site, I'm uncertain about that one as in some places gambling is illegal.

Also, the keyword 'gambling' is kind of blacklisted on Google because of tons of spammy stuff. You'd have to be really, really legitimate to rank against legal gaming sites that have gone up. So you have to be careful as gambling and other words similar to it are often labeled as spammy.
