When you lose passion for the website niche. Once that happens it is time to create a new website based on a passion of yours that is timeless.

Never, you always have to have the presence for customers to find you. Also, you need to continuously be modifying to increase your base.
Could be various reasons, change of heart, wrong choice of niche, want to pass it along, flip it. But generally would try best to salvage before not longer caring | not important anymore. Appreciate your blog post | question thank you.
