First Attempt at a PPC Campaign

Hi, Everybody
A few days ago I reached the point in Boot Camp where it's time to enter the PPC world. Following Kyle's advice to the letter, I went to Bing Ads and set up a small campaign for one of my posts.
Here's the interesting part. Bing Ads has their own keyword tool and can estimate your response based on the keywords you have chosen for your ad. In the training, Kyle goes through how to choose keywords for your Bing ad by using Jaaxy and really narrowing it down to just the right keywords.
I did this and when I plugged my jaaxy keywords all in I used the Bing Ad estimate tool for impressions and responses. The results came up that basically I would be wasting my time using these keywords. Maybe 500 impressions and no clicks. Really discouraging. I looked at their suggested keywords and they were all expensive.

Long story short, I decided to go with the Jaaxy keywords and I set a very low cost per click. So far, following the advice of our Boot Camp mentor, I have over 8,000 impressions and 200 clicks using the Jaaxy keywords in just a couple days. The ratio is a little low, and I don't have any referrals from this yet, but I learned that, yes, this does drive traffic to your site.
My job is to now make the content better, so that people will see the benefit of my offering! It's costing me very little in this campaign, but the education I'm getting is priceless. Nice first try.......I think.
If I'm not interpreting this correctly, someone please let me know.
Have a great Sunday.
Warren
