Knowing when to make a change.

In thirty years of managing various businesses a constant challenge is knowing when it is time for a change. Even more to the point is the importance of the kind of change needed, as well as, how big of a change. I am going through this with the online sales business I run. Through the past several years it has grown quite well, but in the past year we have hit a wall. As a result I have been making changes in my business structure and direction.

Part of that change is getting involve with the Wealthy Affiliate Community. It has been a positive change. I have learned things that will help me make the necessary changes. One new business is my new blogging site at WA.

I am also shaking up our business model, by going beyond the online business. I plan to do this by aiming to develop a Business to Business operation. To continue on this course, it will take courage and dedication. This is one of the lessons I have been remained of by reading blogs from a lot of you, thanks to all.
