Today I received a call from someone who had their email hacked. I asked her when last she updated her passwords and she could not remember when.

This is your friendly reminder to update your passwords.

While you are at it, you should check the fire extinguisher and fire alarms. People forget those need to be checked.

By the way, do the kids remember the escape plan to get out if there is a fire or natural disaster? And where to meet up after?

Natural disaster. That reminds me... I need more bottled water.. It's hurricane season.
