Once you know your WHY and clear Goal, it's time to take ACTION.
We must take action to be able to achieve our Goals. Sometimes it involves sacrificing something.
We are always making choices, choosing to watch TV or read a book. Go outside for a walk or scroll through social media. Hit the snooze button on your phone or get up and start doing something which will get you closer to your goals. We are in control of making this choice.

It's not easy to build a habit and discipline, but it gets easier after a while. Progress needs to be measured, and having a simple to-do list is a great way to track and monitor your progress.
It also builds confidence and self-esteem. I always feel great if everything is completed on my list for a day.

Vlad this is awesome post. We all should be better then the yesterday me to the today me. We all should be a better version of ourselves. And yes we should want to accomplished everything on our to do list.
There is only one flaw with that. And that is life happens everyday and what I mean is we can not know what happens from one day to the next we can't plan for life. It just happens and we have to bide accordingly. We always have to have a contingency plan to off set when "life happens".
