75 hard challenge

What is it?

75 HARD is a transformative Mental Toughness Program. According to the official creator of this program, Andy Frisella.

It is not a fitness program, even though many physical activities are involved, and it is like an IRONMAN for your Brain.

The big statement, isn't it.

So what do I need to do?

Rules of 75 HARD challenge

1. Follow a DIET - No cheat meals and no alcohol. You are free to choose a diet, but it needs to be a healthy one.

2. 2 x 45 minutes workouts - But one of them must be outside, and it can be anything.

3. Drink one GALLON of water - It's not as bad as its sounds.

4. Read ten pages - needs to be non-fiction, self-development type books.

5. Take a progress picture - self-explanatory.


Ok, and that's it.




Sorry forgot to mention that YOU need to do all of the above dailies for 75 DAYS.


2.5 MONTHS

Ok. Let me think about it.


There must be a big enough reason WHY someone wants to put themselves through that kind of challenge.

I also forgot that if you missed just one bit at any point during the 75 HARD challenge, YOU need to start from scratch, back to day zero.

WHY? Why do I even think about it?


It is about DISCIPLINE.

There are probably better ways to develop discipline, but I believe I can complete this challenge. I will permanently change my mental stage and physical, of course.

Confidence | Self-Esteem | Self-Worth | Self-Belief | Fortitude | Grittiness

If I follow the program perfectly and without compromise, all of the above will 100x.

Sounds good to me.

Is it POSSIBLE? YES!

Will it be EASY? NO!

CAN I DO IT? YES!


One thing is for sure. I cannot doubt myself, and I need to go all in and do it.

Make a DECISION and stick to it.

NO EXCUSES!

There will be people who will say, do not do it. It would be best to take a break; 2 x 45 minutes of workouts a day is too much, and one gallon of water is too much. You don't need to take a picture every day.

Sometimes we need to decide and do what is good for us.

I don't want to be average!

I choose to be different.


After my first half-marathon, I remember the first thing I did after returning home, I went online and booked another one. That's just me.

There are no limits to what we can achieve in this world. Some people are capable of becoming world-class athletes; some become billionaires; some went to space, and the list can go on.

The question is - What am I capable of achieving before I run out of time.

75 HARD CHALLENGE

Will it give me the mental toughness to go after the more important things?

Will it provide a DISCIPLINE and STRENGTH?

2.5 MONTHS of clear focus can give it to me.

I can see myself being better once I complete this challenge.

I have a vision for much bigger things, but I must ensure I am ready for them.

I do manage to get almost a gallon of water in most days, Vlad!

Very, very interesting!
I think I experienced something like this: 2 months of fasting, food at 3pm and 6pm, stop drinking and stop eating.
I lost 7 kg and I never put them back.
In the history of the Church, there is a fast of 3 months, but I failed to keep.
The will is greatly strengthened!
