6 Month Milestone!

Yep, its arrived. 6 months ago I read a blog by Steve on his site 'Ive Tried That' and he persuaded me to have a look at WA and I have never looked back! I haven't made as much progress as I would have liked in terms of content on my website (i like that - my website - whoop whoop! I did that here on WA :D) but I have learnt sooooooooooooo much here at WA.
Just like a babies 6 month milestone, I have developed! I'm 'lifting my head' with renewed confidence in my abilities, I'm 'responding to' WA blog 'sounds' from this wonderful and ever helpful WA community and I'm 'imitating' great WA training. Even this update of this blog is an experiment to put into practice what I have just learnt from boomergp08 on 'How to write effective blogs.'
My site is called 'Balancing The Real You' (not published yet) and its all about my proposed journey with my readers to get physically fitter and balancing that with the rest of me... the mind, my emotions, and the spiritual parts that make up the real me, the real YOU!
What do you think? Any ideas from this great WA family would be much appreciated.
