How we wish life is a race so we can just speed through it and arrive at our destination, whatever your destination is. But the truth of the matter my friend, is that life is a marathon. That's why we don't jump grades in school. It's called life's process. Every event in life has a process. When you follow it(the process ), you will surely get to the finish line. But when you jump the process, you end up nowhere.
In the same token, succeeding with WA is a process. It's a marathon, not a race. If you go through the process, success will surely knock at your door. Steady and consistently wins the race.
