Don't be complacent where you are.
Ever being so proud you accomplished something good in your life? For me building a website and having my presence in the World Wide Web(WWW) was a great experience. Then appearing on the first page of google was not only great but awesome.
So 2 weeks ago i searched my website on jaaxy just to see where i was ranked. Lo behold i was ranked 5th on google's first page. Men! i could not control my joy.
But then i began to relax, thinking all is going well. Three days later i searched again and found out i had moved to 7th position on the first page.As if that wasn't bad enough, i moved to 8th position.
Then it occurred to me i had stopped doing the things that got me to 5th position in the first place which was -content, training, content, training, content, training....
So i went back to work. currently I'm in 3rd position on the first page of google. The goal is to rank #1 on the first page and stay #1.
It's easy for one to be complacent with little success, forgetting we can achieve greater success. Life allows no room for complacency. Once you start relaxing over a small victory, you start losing.
Therefore, my friends, don't be complacent where you are. There are much territories to be conquered. Don't settle for less. Aim for the best. Stay blessed.
