Attitude is a little Thing.
Last night I sat through a inspirational "Go To Meeting" that really got me thinking. I then spent the next 3 hours researching for the one thing that I truly believe in.
I am a middle school math instructor and special education leader. There is nothing more rewarding when students are happy to come to school. It all begins with attitude.
My goal each and everyday is to give positive feedback to each student I meet. I do this through a smile, a word of encouragement, or lending a helping hand.

Great Post and a fabulous goal, Vicky! Young people need to be encouraged. As a teacher, you can really make or break a spirit in a young person. They are so dependent and vulnerable. In some cases, you may be the only 'go to' person for them. May you continue to be rewarded in your work!
Is that your niche! Serious potential! So true attitude is a big deal. Giving positive feedback is essential to building rapour. Encouraging and helping others is key to all successful businesses. (and people.) Great post. All the best.
I really hadn't thought about it being my Niche but, now that you mention it. Yes, it will be my main focus.
