2 Months Mark! & Goodbye!
OK, I just wanted to list down my progress so far after 2 months with WA. I can't say what I achieved were significant, but still not bad, I guess.
# 1: I'd created a forum and a "Hangout Place" in my website to attract more traffics. But so far, none really stop by to say "Hello" yet. :P If any one of you wanna get in touch me, please visit my Hangout place http://vicworkfromhome.com/members/, log in using your Wordpress UserName and Password, create your profile and add me as your friend and send me some message! See you there! :D
# 2: I found a Forum which I could use as a platform to introduce myself to the world, share my experience and expertise, and help others! It's really feels very good to be able to help others! :-) And I found out that any links to the products i recommended would get higher clicks rate than whatever I shared in my website posts! So, it's one good news, but not so good news to my website..
I really recommend that you guys put some efforts in finding a public forum which could "market" yourself or your expertise and build-up your brand. e.g: Quora Digest is one good place too.
# 3: I joined Getresponse email marketing tool, and they provide a 90 days training on how to build our subscribers. So, I'm in the middle of the training, right now. If there's any interesting knowledge or info, I will post it in my website. (I just posted one today!)
# 4: Last but not least, one happy news today, someone re-tweet my post! I'm so happy! ;D
Oh, I also wanted to pre-alert some close friends here that I would stop my subscription in WA for awhile in 3 days time (really tight on budget, so have to spend wisely on necessary things only for now). So, see you in My Hangout Place! :D
Will be back to 'pay it forward' to this community once I start generating income from this online business!
So, ya, have to say Goodbye for now in this blog too.. don't worry, our path will cross somewhere out there! :D
One last tips, for those who wanted to host your website somewhere out of WA, I found an ex-WA friend who wrote tutorials and guidance on how to do that on his website. I learnt from him, and transferred without any problem, so, just wanna share his post with whoever need those tips here: How To Migrate WordPress Website Easy and Simple (and FREE), http://bit.ly/1r3jGFp.
Thanks for everything and all the best! :D
Cheers & take care,
Vic
