That's an ongoing problem and it seems there is NOT ONE universal fix.

Hey I just went through that a couple of days ago...depends on the theme, for example Frontier theme it's a simple matter of changing options in the top dashboard. Other themes like 2012 and 2011 requires an html code change. Suggest typing theme name and missing field into Google search...you should be able to find directions for your theme. Some of them are very complicated so search until you find one that makes sense to you.
