My family is well and I hope yours are also.
No probably not a good keyword. You want your avg above 50 and your QSR below 50. You will hear all kinds of things regarding keywords. But if you follow these guides until you get more knowledge you will be fine.

Have you checked it in Jaaxy? What does it say? If it came back with avg, meaning average, then the answer is no,

Please, you said aim for 90 and above is that the SEO or QSR
Kyle did say QSR of under 100 while Average over 30. I hope I am correct.
If you are looking to target AVG Antivirus it is still likely too broad a match and too high of competition. Avg as in Average would still play in and put millions of sites competing including every major sports site.

that shows a search term with nobody searching for it and no traffic but 74 sites still are competing for it so no its a bad keyword.
