I have just started reading a wonderful book, It is called “How to remove negative beliefs and free your mind” and the author is Nigel Paul Miller. Sound interesting?
It is the kind of book that they should give to children in school before they manage to pick up all of these negative beliefs that we are fed, unwittingly by our parents, teachers and the media.
I have had a number of Aha moments and I am only finishing chapter 4. If any of the members of the Wealthy Affiliate community feel that they might have this kind of a problem I would advise them to go over to Amazon and buy it at the moment. Hopefully you will have a kindle as on the kindle the price is £1.99, as a physical book, the price is £999.11. Does this give you an idea of the worth of this book.
Yes, I am still doing my training, and writing for my websites, and altering things, adding videos, social stuff and what not. I would really advise everyone to read this book, certainly in the western world, because we are the fools that will happily live our lives through the TV and whatever Media we have chosen.
Yes, I did give a good review to this book on Amazon, but I am not using any affiliate links on this post, I simply found this book a big help for me and wanted to help other people with this book.

On negative beliefs, I can only say it works best for me to not listen to those trying to plant them into my beautiful mind. This includes not only two-legged beings, but also the square chatterbox, movies, magazines, and so on and so forth. I´ve found life to be much more serene, clear and productive without them.

The square box in the corner is the worst for planting negative beliefs in our minds, for this reason, I, like you, have stopped watching it, and anything I do watch, I never take as truth, whether it is meant to be or not. It is all make believe, usually, to sell something, newspapers or propaganda to sell political idioms.:-))Steph
Thanks for your response, Steph. And good resolve on the square box. It would seem more people are doing away with it lately. About half the hosts I´ve stayed with had none in their dwellings. Yet their wee ones weren´t bored but running around outside building things, playing games, and adventuring about.
All is well with my eyes now and arteries getting more flexible. Big relief and no white coats needed.
