My thoughts on Success 3
About our Conventional School
Yesterday Carnegie made a strong point with his reference to Rockefeller emphasis on the skill to dealing with people.
His assertion that he will 'pay for it mare than any other under the sun' placed a burden so to speak on the reader.
Reading forward a painful point is established. That this kind of skill is never taught in our conventional schools.
This is a telling defect as well as the missing link in our conventional schools.
Leadership is Not taught In School
School tries to make us super human, they rise the zenith of individualism and above all the system cherished to disparage mistakes and failures. But the two are the stuff that overtime fashioned an astute leader.
Taken in another further dimension, the school system does not have what it takes to equip one with the requisite skills to become entrepreneurs. In fact this has never the objective of our conventional school system.
However, if we are to go with the prognosis of the success, you succeed not alone but success is a group thing. Therefore, if we glue to our profession, our technical field, our success will be limited to 15%

Hi Lormough
As dated as it is, "How To Win Friends and Influence People" is my favourite book of all time.
I first read it in 1970! Generalising the message, how we relate to and treat people is much more important than just about any other business or personal development theory that I've ever read.
As you know, it was written by, probably the most successful businessman of all time (taking inflation into account), who apparently walked his talk.
:-)
Richard
Very True. Its to keep the message alive that I am putting down my thoughts in this manner.
