Dealing with People

Today we shall consider more on dealing with people. In fact the opening of the book is so very interesting. It brings crystal examples to bear on what we need to become experts if we are to deal successfully with people.

This underscores the big issue we must face to become successful in not just business but in our relationship.

When I reflect on this deeply, it dawns on me that the key climb higher in any endeavor, be it business, relating with people, academic pursuit, a project to be executed; depends on how I am able to deal effectively and efficiently with people.
Understanding this and applying it will begin a blossoming business. On the other hand failure to apply this will result in a twisted end no matter how grandiose is the initial conception.
Crowds Out there Needs Your Leadership
There are crowds in millions, in fact billions are out there looking for leadership to awaken the giants in them. If you provide this need, if you render this service, their success will translate into a greater success for you.
This is what WA is all about. But some one out there without direction is lost. Some one out there is yet to know of the potential of a powerful platform like WA, they have given up, they have failed to deal successfully with people, their world has folded up for them and they are living with irritated prejudices.
Break Through Their Life Hurting Prejudices
Some of them will even sound you off if you are to present This WA opportunity to them. Not that they know what is good for them, their rejection stem from cumulative negative life influences.
You must now reach them with what Kiyosaki refers to as touching the human spirit and what Carnegie is referring here as dealing with people. It will take you all of your skill in interpersonal to go beyond their prejudices and break through their hurting barriers.
The potential for growth is awesome but you will realise that what you are in reality doing is creating helpline for people to succeed to pave way for your success.
Conclusion
The sum of all this is that you will horn your skill if you help enough people attain their successes. This is the crust of the matter, you will successfully deal with people if the way you relate and deal with them project their interests.
