WA Membership is a real bargain. But is there an essential service missing?

Let me say first, that I feel tremendous loyalty to Wealthy Affiliate and in all my learning about internet marketing, I've never run across a learning network that has as much to offer and at such a great price.

However, I have been trying in vain for a couple of weeks to build a website with a domain name I recently purchased from GoDaddy. I've floated questions to two different "Classrooms" but don't have anyone yet who understands the problem. It may be something stupid that I'm doing, but I haven't gotten it yet.

My point is that if I'm going to host my sites on WA servers, then when I run into problems like this, I need to be able to contact someone who will see me through this--someone who can help me figure this out in a focused way. Floating my feeble questions to thousands of other members and then waiting in hope that someone might have some insight is not working for me right now.

With humility, James

thanks

If you host your websites here at WA, the SiteSupport team will help you out if the community can't. I've gotten help from them several times, and right now SiteSupport is in the process of helping me out again with an issue I'm having.

SiteSupport can't do anything if your sites are hosted at GoDaddy though, so you might consider migrating them here.

Hope this helps.

The migrating is what I'm trying to do. I've done this many times in the past, but have never had this particular problem. I set my name servers at godaddy for this new domain, but when I try to build a site using "my" domain name, WA hosting doesn't seem to recognize that I have entered the ns1.wahosting.com and ns2.wahosting.com as the name servers at godaddy.

Okay. I've never migrated a site before, but I know there is some training on how to do it here. Unfortunately I won't be of much help.
I would take Adams suggestion then.
