I don't use the word best. However I have several stores and I like themes that I can make it look however I wish. I am guessing because you ask such a question you are doing your first store so I am going to suggest composer... Which I think if I were not speaking into the phone it will be spelled slightly differently. However when you're more advanced I have another list of themes.

hi, this doesn't look right for an on line shop theme?
It was suggested to me when I set up the computer store. I did ask for much help and no one came close to what I wanted except for Kyle and his solution requires so much work that it was just unfeasible. So I found a set of themes that I can make look any way that I wanted to and I think we probably have 11 sites though that these have always worked for. Another simple theme is customizer.
