51 Days with Wealthy Affiliate

Hello folks,

I'd like to take this time to thank you all for the support and education ever since I've joined Wealthy Affiliate. I still remember being very skeptical about Wealthy Affiliate on the very first day. Who can blame me? I was exposed to scam after scam when I was searching for a way to make money online.

After falling victim for the second time, I almost gave up entirely on the idea of working at home and being my own boss.

Fortunately, I stumbled upon a post by a fellow Wealthy Affiliate member. To tell you the truth, I still don't know who he or she is today.

I joined Wealthy Affiliate on October 14, 2017 and the very first website I created was a total failure and so I decided to start over.

Two days later, I purchased the domain www.onlineselfemployed.com. I was really impressed by the resources found here on Wealthy Affiliate, so I figured why not promote the very source that gave me the knowledge and tools to start an online business?

The above image is my current progress, nothing impressive, but I intend to succeed. During this years Black Friday Sale, I made ONE purchase and that was to get the annual membership at a discounted rate.

You can call it a good deal, but I consider it as a long-term commitment. I'm not planning to spend $299.00 and give up.

Progress in the beginning was slow...very slow, but I knew any legitimate way to make money would not be an overnight thing.

I was Google Indexed on the second day after creating www.onlineselfemployed.com and was Google AdSense Approved 12 days after the index.

This was a huge accomplishment and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of Wealthy Affiliate.

I always try to emphasize to my visitors, someone can provide you with a platform, but if you don't put in the effort, you would never succeed.

It's pretty much like going to school! The school is Wealthy Affiliate, and the teacher is Kyle, Carson, and everyone else.

Even if the school and the teachers are providing you with the BEST lessons to help you succeed. In the end, you wouldn't be able to if you're going to skip class and not pay attention.

The journey to online success is indeed a marathon. Wealthy Affiliate has given you 50% chance of success, the remaining 50% will depend on you.

I still have a long way to go and I look forward to succeeding with all of you! Don't give up and chase after your dream. Nobody will ever pay you like the way you pay yourself.
